Q: Who is eligible to attend the Educational Summits?
A: Active Signify Health clients are eligible to attend the educational summits. We recommend this event for staff members working with patients and implementing value-based care programs such as Population Health Nurses, ACO Champions, Practice Managers, Quality Champions, and more.
Q: Will each of the 2024 Educational Summits provide different content?
A: The 2024 Educational Summits will be held in two locations and feature similar agendas; however speakers may vary.
Q: Does Signify Health offer resources to request funding from my employer?
A: Yes! To request time off or funding from your employer, download our Employer Justification Toolkit.
Q: Will there be CNE available for in-person attendees?
A: No, as you know, we recently joined CVS Health to help expand upon our mission to improve value-based care. Due to this new relationship, we are no longer eligible to provide Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) credits at the Summits.
Q: When do I need to book my hotel by?
A: Book your hotel accommodations by February 5 (Phoenix) or March 8 (Nashville) to ensure you are in our room block. Historically, the hotel block fills up fast so be sure to book your stay as soon as you are able to. Learn more about accommodations>>
Q: Does each individual have to register to attend the Educational Summits?
A: Yes. Each individual must register for the summits for an accurate headcount. Additionally, if you choose to attend both occurrences of the summit, you must register for both.
Q: Will session recordings be available on-demand?
A: All sessions will be delivered live, in-person. Details regarding any release of recordings will be announced at a later date.
