Join us March 9-10, 2023 in Denver, Colorado or March 15-16, 2023 in Indianapolis, Indiana for one of two educational summits. Summit registration is open to active Signify Health clients and is completely free.* Seats are limited so please register as soon as you are able to.

Provided up to 9.75 continuing education credits to physicians and nurses, with more than 26 continuing education credits to pick from.

By registering for the 2023 Educational Summits, each registrant/attendee agrees to the following Cancellation and COVID-19 Policies.

Event Cancellation Policy
To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to attend, registrants who can no longer join must send a cancellation email to EducationalEvents@SignifyHealth.com on or before February 15th. Registrations made after February 15th are non-transferable.
